Medical we required every individual trekkers and climber must have the latest medical report including the medical past history if you have any issues and under medication please be inform your doctor to get the best advice for your safety before traveling to Nepal.
Insurance
insurance (compulsory): Make sure you have a good insurance covering search and rescue, medical expenses and transportation to home country. You should also consider a Cancellation Policy in case of illness at time of departure
